Your role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless operation, overseeing compliance, and leading recruitment efforts to meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all allocated sites Team Leadership: Manage and support HGV drivers, focusing on retention and performance, while leading recruitment to maintain the required headcount. Compliance Champion: Ensure all workers adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a fully compliant workforce. Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, regularly meeting with them to understand their needs and align our services to their expectations. Site Monitoring: Travel between sites to oversee operations, support on-site teams, and engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, headcounts, and compliance to senior management and clients. Onboarding & Systems Management: Oversee the onboarding of candidates and maintain accurate records in CRM and onboarding systems.
