We are looking for experienced Class 2 drivers, 6 months experienced required. Ongoing role. Excellent rates of pay. With day shifts, we require diligent, experienced drivers to deliver using Class 2 rigid vehicles into business premises, while providing a good level of customer service. The role Multi-drop deliveries, operating dual temp controlled vehicles. 6 to 10 drops daily. Routes are between 10-13 hours, adhering to working time and driver’s regulations. Start times vary between 4am up 11am. The length of shifts vary dependant on the area they’re delivering to. Drivers must be flexible with the above start time as they may vary daily. Van Drivers 24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for van drivers on behalf of our client in Cowley area (OX4) Working as a van driver, duties will include, but not limited to: Driving a 3.5 Tonne Luton van and completing the deliveries using tail lifts. The routes are multi drop (up to 10 deliveries per day) All the roles are customer facing so we need presentable drivers (no hoodies or blue jeans) and must be able to have a conversation with customers both face to face and over the telephone. The majority of deliveries are into the London area but we cover the whole of the country so it may involve occasional nights out (Hotel provided) this would be done on a rota basis.
