Support in the development and implementation of financial policies and systems. Provide guidance and support to staff on financial matters. About You We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management within a charity or non-profit environment. You will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance financial considerations with the broader goals of the Forest. Key Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience). Strong experience in finance management, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector. Proficient in accounting software and Excel (knowledge of Xero is a plus). Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
