We are recruiting for an established site for long term work in Danes Way, Crick, NN6 7GX as a Warehouse Administrator/ Desk Controller

Shift and Pay Information for Warehouse Administrator/ Desk Controller
- 5 Shifts from 7
- Currently, Monday to Friday
- 00 - 22.00
- 00 - 06.00
- PM Shift Salary £12.56 per hour plus OT
- Night Shift Salary £14.07 per hour plus OT
- Overtime is paid x1.5 of your hourly rate
What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Administrator/ Desk Controller in Crick, NN6 7GX:
- To support the duty Shift Managers in delivering and/or administering admin duties for the warehouse operation(s) with the main focus on admin duties, identifying and communicating any operational deviations to the management team whilst ensuring inbound and outbound efficient according to the KPIs on a daily basis, and assist with RTW's & departments run to schedule and in accordance with Health & Safety. Good eye for detail.
- Ensure that all HHT's are accounted for and available at start of shift. Reporting all shortfalls to appropriate manager
- Ensure receiving departments are monitored for compliance and scheduling and any shortfalls or issues are reported to the appropriate manager.
- Attending and supporting daily PD briefings to register and received feedback on daily targets and any other business information. Work as part of a team as well as lone working
- Full training provided
About you:
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic as a warehouse worker, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential as FULL training is provided.
