Job Description
As a Warehouse Administrator at DHL Manton Wood You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as:
- Planning and releasing orders to be picked
- Conducting line checks
- Investigating missing stock
- All general stock control duties
- Inputting and maintaining data on the system
- Processing paperwork for Goods In/Despatch
- Assisting within the warehouse as and when required
About you
We are looking for highly motivated workers who have a can-do attitude, can work in a fast-paced environment and are keen to progress.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work with a Warehouse Managing System (experience desired, but not required)
- To be process driven with good data analysis skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Confident to work on own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Quick thinking and ability to think outside the box
Successful candidates will work full time hours. Warehouse administration experience is essential, full training is provided, health and safety induction will be given on the first day.
What can you expect:
After 12 weeks candidates can apply for a full time, permanent contract with DHL (subject to perfect attendance, no accidents/incidents and good performance)

Shift:
- Weekend: 06:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday + 2 rotating days
- Days: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 rotating
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 Saturday - Wednesday
