Come and join our team at 24-7 Recruitment as an agency Recruitment Coordinator with an immediate start.
Working in a warehouse/office facility - supporting all aspects of day-to-day recruitment and shift supervision for our customer. Travel between sites may be necessary but all expenses will be covered.
About you:
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential as FULL training is provided.

Information for Recruitment Coordinator within the Recruitment industry:
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Flexi hours to suit client requirement
- Flexibility to be on call
Duties of a Recruitment coordinator:
- Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the site.
- Cover all aspects of recruitment on site posting job adverts, calling potential applicants, registering new candidates, interviewing new candidates, getting them ready for starting their assignment, ensuring you follow all processes, and you are fully compliant.
- Attend regular meetings with site to understand and plan their recruitment needs.
- Regular meetings with the Agency's Manager and / or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational action plans are met.
- Regular review of all KPI's with on-site team (s) to ensure corrective action is taken following 'smart' specific/measurable/achievable/realistic/timely, objectives
- Dealing with existing staff (holidays, shift changings, return to work, file notes)
- On call when required
Pay rates:
- Hourly rate negotiable dependant on experience
