Warehouse Operative – NG32 Area (Grantham)

Our client, based in the NG32 area of Grantham, is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse team on an ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established distribution operation with regular hours and competitive pay.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for line picking products accurately and efficiently to ensure customer orders are prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Line picking products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Picking orders accurately using warehouse procedures
• Working to productivity and quality targets
• Handling products safely and efficiently within a cold store environment
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of the warehouse team

Candidate Specification

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in chilled temperatures

Shift Pattern

• Sunday to Thursday
• Regular weekly shifts

Pay Rate

• £15.34 per hour
