Job Title: Warehouse Administrator – stock team

Location: Manton Wood – Worksop, S80

Work Schedule & Pay:

  • 2 weekdays rotating 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00-22:00:00 + Saturday & Sunday 06:00 – 18:00 
  • Basic rate nights- £15.57 / OT – £23.36

Job Overview:
The role will consist of working as part of the Stock Control Team, ensuring data produced and collected is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Primary duties include, however not limited to:

  • Planning and releasing orders to be picked.
  • Conducting line checks
  • Investigating missing stock
  • Inputting and maintaining data on the system.
  • Processing paperwork for Goods In/Despatch
  • Assisting within the warehouse as and when required
  • Stock counting duties

Qualifications and Experience required for Warehouse Admin:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (MS Office)
  • Ability to work with a Warehouse Managing System (experience desired, but not required)
  • Experience within goods in, stock control or JDA system
  • Process driven with good data analysis skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident to work on own initiative.
