HGV Shunter Driver

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Shunter on behalf of our client to join our well-known client’s distribution site based in Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35).

SHIFT: Sunday to Thursday 09.00 -18.00

HGV Shunter Driver Key Responsibilities:

• Safety shunting trailers between loading bays and designated areas
• Operating a unit on-site and occasionally on public roads
• Ensuring all movements are carried our efficiently and safety
• Communicating with the operations team to coordinate trailer movements

HGV Shunter Driver Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Shunter Driver or similar role
• Valid UK driving licence C+E
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

PAYE rates for Shunter Driver:

• Monday – Friday £19.00ph
• Sunday £22.00ph
• Bank Holiday £22.00ph
• Overtime over 48h £22.50ph
