Job Overview:
Primary duties include:

  • Own the Purchase Order (PO) process:
  • Maintain weekly PO logs, raise and amend POs via finance portal, provide feedback and guidance to operational teams
  • Manage procurement activities for the Control Tower
  • Support budget tracking for engagement initiatives

Essential Qualifications and Experience for Expense Management Admin:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience working with finance, procurement, or PO processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder and customer focus
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; competent in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
