24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Castle Donington DE74

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for ongoing, long-term work with a well-established and rapidly growing business in the East Midlands.

The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for Store deliveries, trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK.

The role will involve:

• Delivering to stores throughout the UK
• Securing loads using straps and bars
• Manual handling

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a valid Class 1 / C+E licence
• Hold a valid Tacho Card and CPC
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
• Have no DD, DR, TT or IN endorsements
• Be available to work 4 on 4 off days or 4 on 4 off nights
• Be comfortable with manual handling and securing loads

Assessment: Approximately 3 hours (unpaid)

Pay & Benefits

• £19.51 per hour Days / £ 21.82 per hour Nights
• £29.26 after 43.75 hours
• £2.31 ph Between 20.00 and 04.00
• PAYE Dynamic Rates
• Long-term, ongoing position
• 4 on 4 off days and nights
• Immediate starts available
• Additional shifts may be available
