Position: Warehouse Operative

We are looking for reliable and physically active Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team. Whether you are an early riser, a night owl, or prefer a mid-morning start, we have flexible shift options available.

Please note: This is a physically demanding role that involves continuous heavy lifting.

Shift Patterns Available

• Night Shift: 01:30 AM start
• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM start
• Late Shift: 05:00 PM (17:00) start

Key Responsibilities

• Performing regular, heavy lifting and manual handling of bulky or heavy items.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Picking, packing, and sorting stock throughout the warehouse.
• Inspecting goods for damage and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment in line with safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Physical Capability: Comfort and confidence performing heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for full shifts.
• Reliability & Punctuality: Crucial given the specific start times (especially the 01:30 AM shift).
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring stock is handled safely and sorted correctly.
• Team Player: A strong work ethic with a practical, hands-on attitude.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or physical labour experience is a plus, though safety training and PPE are provided.
