Drivers Mate (Early AM & PM Shifts) – Avonmouth Location: Avonmouth, Bristol Pay Rates:

• Mon – Fri: £12.21 per hour
• Sat / Sun / Bank Holidays: £13.31 per hour The Role We are looking for reliable and physically fit individuals to join our team as Drivers Mates based in Avonmouth. This is a “keep it simple” role where you provide essential support to our drivers to ensure deliveries stay on schedule. Your Day-to-Day:
• Assisting the driver with navigation and vehicle safety.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle.
• The heavy lifting: Pushing delivery cages in and out of stores safely and efficiently. Shift Patterns We are looking for people who thrive on non-standard hours! We have two main windows available:
• Early Mornings (AM): Shifts starting between 01:00 and 05:00.
• Evenings (PM): Shifts starting from 17:00 onwards. Ideal Schedule: We are looking for candidates available to work 5 to 6 days out of 7 (on a rota basis). What We’re Looking For:
• Reliability: You’re the driver’s right-hand person; they need to know you’ll be there.
• Physical Fitness: You will be moving cages throughout the shift, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a physical workload.
• Communication: Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
