HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

• AT LEAST 12 MONTHS ROAD EXPEREINCE ON HGV IS A MUST HAVE
• 24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting a number of HGV Class 1 drivers for a well-known client based in the Birmingham area (B46). Drivers will be working Monday to Friday with start times between 04:00 – 06:00 and 14:00 onwards doing 4-6 drops per shift with shifts lasting between 8-12 hours. HGV Class 1 driver will be required:
• Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E License
• No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, TT’s or IN’s)
• Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
• Immediate starts available
• Paid 2 weeks training to be completed prior to commencing
• Delivering to pubs and restaurants, and RDCs around the UK
• Driver will be accompanied by drivers mate when needed
• Must be presentable in appearance
• Professional manner as customer facing
• 8-12 hour shifts
• start time range is between 04:00 and 23:00
• temp-to-perm position for right candidate PAYE rates for HGV Class 1 driver: – Basic rate Days £17.43 per hour – Basic rate Nights £19.10 per hour – OR rate after 46 weekly hours days £26.15 per hour – OR rate after 46 weekly hours nights £28.65 per hour
