This is a great opportunity for a hard working person. We are curently looking after a colleague that can come and support Communications and Engagement prodominately amoung other things as per the following:

> Own our communication plan and co-ordinate with the wider teams including management

> Refresh the content of our comms boards and areas and publish corporate content

> Support managers and the site in the organisation of meetings and manage the bookings for meeting rooms for all contracts

> Support and Build our Corporate Social Resposibilty Agenda with the CSR teams including Charity & Social Events

> Co-ordinate content and presentations for our Town Hall meetings on site and briefings to the teams

> Take minutes in weekly management meetings

> Support introduction of a new site handbook including policies with site management and trade union

> Support note taking in colleague meetings such as investigations, DP’s and Return to Works

> Support managers with the creation of new recruitment, right to work etc

> Manage diaries and support managers and colleagues coffee mornings

> Support the roll out of initiatives such as Online training, logins for colleagues etc

This is  key to our journey this year and is something that can be made flexible for the right candidate. 

Working hours are 37.5 hours a week with a 30 minute unpaid break (0800 – 16:00) but happy to consider someone around school runs etc if they are the right person.

£19,500 pro rata

If the role work out happy to consider recruiting full time longer term.
