An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager role based at our clients site in Doncaster. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in operations, stakeholder management and temporary on-site recruitment.
This role will be working Monday to Friday, but you must be flexible with your working hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring fulfilment requirements are met.
- To present information and solution resolutions for site
- Ensure AWR Compliance is met with direction from HR.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities to meet the clients’ requirements.
- Instigate, develop, and implement ideas and reporting, which continuously improve the contract/business.
- Regular meetings with the client General Manager, 24-7 Manager and/ or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational action plans are met.
- Building and strengthening relationships through all levels of client management
- Identify and monitor costs
- Lead and motivate your team, providing development opportunities wherever possible through an open and involving management style.
- Ensuring Site management team and client are kept informed of any operational challenges.
- Ensure adequate operational cover during all operating hours.
- Ensure all service, and cost issues are understood and managed.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, and people development across the business
- Continual review of all key reports inc; KPI’s, management reports, NCTC weekly on a regular basis.
- Ensure that there is a high awareness of Health and Safety and relevant regulations are complied with.
Skills
- Computer literate with experience and understanding of Microsoft packages
- Client facing skills – natural relationship builder. Able to resolve problems and manage customer expectations.
- Decision making skills (within remit of role)
- Proven ability to interface effectively with customers at senior level.
- Strong negotiator with experience of developing and growing contracts through a consultative approach with your customer.
- Leadership and coaching skills – able to motivate large teams and ensure targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Self motivated leading minimal direction
- Flexible approach to a demanding and varied workload, which may involve the requirement to work outside of normal ‘office’ hours.
